Solution for professional service:
Selective recruitment – of personnel to avoid the re-utilization of migrant security officers, which move from one company to another.
Customized Training – is of vital importance and exceeds the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA) specified training.
However, the focus on on-going and “on-the-job” training is deemed as ultra important.
Supervision – is seen as an all-important activity ensuring staff morale and optimized efficiencies are met due to the long hours worked by employees,
and the nature of the business.
Management – as a business we subscribe to a “DECENTRALISED” Management philosophy, thus ensuring that each client always has access to Senior Management.
RED ZONE PROTECTION SERVICE – subscribes to the concept of “VALUE ADDED SERVICES”.
To this end, initial and on-going security systems analysis and recommendations, investigative and related services, and any specific ad-hoc services you may require,
are all part of the primary contract of service.

SECURITY OFFICER RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION.
Our Company policy currently ensures that once candidates have successfully completed the initial recruitment criteria i.e.:
Have produced an ORIGINAL school certificate.
Have no criminal record.
Have attained at least 70% in the aptitude test.
Represent previous work references.
Represent previous training certificates; and
Are 100% literate in English.
Extensive testing is conducted to ensure that THE RIGHT PERSON IS PLACED IN THE RIGHT POSITION. All personnel are obligated to undergo polygraph tests every
six months.
In the selection of suitable personnel for deployment, the following criteria are used:
Good physical appearance.
Strong public relation & communication skills.
Solid command of English and Afrikaans.
Skills assessment.
Client interview (if required).
